The Hidden Rules We Follow Without Realizing.

The Hidden Rules We Follow Without Realizing.
Overview is:-

-------------------------------------------------------
"INTRODUCTION"

I used to think people act freely. Like everyone makes their own choices.

But the more I started observing, the more I realized something strange: Most people are not acting freely, they’re following invisible rules.

Rules no one teaches you.
Rules no one writes down.

But somehow… everyone follows them.
-------------------------------------------------------
"RULE 1: DON'T BE "TOO DIFFERENT"

In school, I noticed this a lot.

If someone: talks differently, behaves differently, thinks differently.

They get noticed. BUT Not in a good way.

So most people adjust themselves.

Not because they want to, but because they don’t want to stand out too much.

* Hidden rule: Blend in, or be judged.

-------------------------------------------------------
"RULE 2: FOLLOW THE CROWD, EVEN OF IT'S WRONG"

There were moments when I knew something wasn’t right.

But still, people around me were doing it.

And slowly, I saw: People don’t follow truth. They follow majority.

* Even silence becomes agreement.

-------------------------------------------------------
"RULE 3: RESPECT IS GIVEN BASED ON POSITION, NOT CHARACTER"

This one hit me hard.

In many situations, I saw: people respect authority instantly, but ignore someone equal or below

Not because of personality…
but because of position.

* Hidden rule:
Status decides respect.
-------------------------------------------------------
"RULE 4: SAY "I'M FINE" EVEN WHEN YOU'RE NOT"

No one actually says what they feel.

Everyone just says: “I’m fine.”

Even when they’re not. Because somewhere we’ve learned:

* Don’t show too much.

-------------------------------------------------------
"RULE 5: APPEAR BUSY, EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT"

I’ve noticed this everywhere. If you look busy, people assume you’re doing something important.

Even if you’re not.

But if you’re calm or relaxed,
people think you’re doing nothing.

* Hidden rule:
Looking productive matters more than being productive.
-------------------------------------------------------
"RULE 6: DON'T QUESTION TOO MUCH"

In school and society, questioning is risky.

Ask too many questions and: you seem “different” or “problematic”

So most people stop asking.

Not because they don’t think, but because they don’t want attention.
-------------------------------------------------------
"RULE 7: HIDE WEAKNESS, SHOW STRENGTH"

No one shows their struggles openly.

Everyone tries to look strong. Because weakness is judged quickly.

*So people don’t open up, they just hide better.
-------------------------------------------------------
"WHAT I REALISED"

The scary part is, No one forces these rules on us. We just learn them by watching others.

And then we follow them without thinking.

"CONCLUSION"

These hidden rules are not always wrong. Some help society function.

But blindly following them?

That’s where the problem starts. Because then you stop thinking for yourself.
